I have a Plasmacytoma in L-1 and I want to know what can be the side effect of receiving radiation in the vertebra.

The treatment of choice for solitary bone plasmacytoma is local radiotherapy which leads to local control and relief of symptoms in almost all patients. The local tumor recurrence rate is less than 10%. Although surgery is not usually advised, it may be required sometimes to reestablish the normal architecture of the spine or other bone affected.
There will be similar side effects like any other radiotherapy and as this is localized the side effects will be minimal!
Radiotherapy is painless. Low dose treatments cause minimal side effects but treatment with high dose can cause variable side effects. But these effects go away in time and there are ways to reduce these effects.
There is damage to epithelial surfaces of the skin. Swelling of the soft tissues is encountered during radiotherapy. Red rashes are seen in the area of treatment.
