Report of Mammography

I am 35. My mammography report shows Bilateral Axillary Adenopathy. Does this means it has spread to other body organs. Can this still be contained and treated by Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. What are my chances of survival please.

Adenopathy does NOT necessarily mean cancer, just means adenopathy; enlarged lymph nodes.

Next step should be a biopsy.
