Rough spot in my inner cheek?

For about the past month now, i have had a rough area in my inner cheek, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't bleed, and it wasn't discolored until i tried brushing it (i thought it was a bacteria colony.) It hasn't gotten any bigger, but it keeps getting rougher. i have a few other spots throughout my mouth that are like this, but not as noticeable. In case it matters, I am 14 years old,  and I occasionally use marijuana for religious reasons.

Hello.  Although your age puts you in a very low risk group, rough spots in the mouth can be caused by oral cancer, and sorry to say, smoking marijuana for whatever reason CAN cause it.  You should really be checked.  Better safe than sorry.
