Sarcoma-

I was diagnoised with breat cancer- stage 2 June 2006- bilateral mastecomy, chemo (TAC) and radiation followed.  I found a mass on my knee 2 months ago- MRI shows Ill-defined lot T1,T2 hyperintense 8MM nodule in subcutaneous fat and shows diffuse homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequence.  Impression is nonspecific solid enhancing soft tissue nodule differential includes both benign and malignant processes ranging from foreign body granuloma to soft tissue sarcoma.  I also had a PET scan in Feb 2007 that revealed nodules in my lungs and in my liver (the liver could not be biopsied) but two of the 40 nodules in my lungs were biopsied thru my mediasternum and came back as a granuloma consistance with possible sarcoidosis.  My concern is that the liver and part of the lungs may have been in fact sarcoma-  and that the finsings that show both (on the MRI) means that it is both (they did not specify possibly both)  Please give me your interpretation- my oncologist is gone out of the country for two weeks and I am scheduled to have the nodule removed tomorrow but am concerned the surgeon is not treating this as aggressively as should be.
