Shadow in my liver

I have been told by the hospital that when I a CT scan, they a shadow in my liver. I have had symptoms of nausea, loss of weight, abdominal pains, pain in lower right abdomen, pain in upper right side, right shoulder pain. Does this CT scan mean I have a tumour ?

Well, from what I've seen on mammos and stuff online, if there's a shadow, that's not a good sign. cysts don't have shadows.
