Shingles after Chemo.....

In Jan 09 I was done with my chemo and rad.. And I have been in remission since then and I just got shingles and I was told that, that could be a sign that my cancer is returning? Is that true??? I know I have been under alot of stress. I'm only 23?? So Im confused and scared... Does anyone know???
