Small Painless lump on inner lip

I have a small painless lump on the inside of my bottom lip, at first i thought maybe it was just because i bit my lip but i cant be sure. Its only been 2 days since i discovered it but i am a frequent skoal dipper. I have dipped for a year and a half and i go through about a tin every 2 days. I plan on watching this to make sure it goes away within a week or two. The only history of cancer in my family is that my great grandmother died of mouth cancer. so that worries me a little more. I hope this is nothing and i tend to get parinoid about these things but i just went to the dentist about a month ago and he said my mouth looked fine then. I hope im just being parinoid but im just trying to figure out what this could be. Its a little whitish but other than that its not really any specific color. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks.
