So confussed

I have had stomach pain like a pulling for bout a month now with nausea tiredness headache I have also these red bumps on my skin that tend to get itchy I also have joint aches went to the doctor who gave me a fbc on the 21/4 till now as my esr keeps going up it was 45 the first test 50 the second test and the last test which was on the 5/5 was 56 also my white cells were 15.1 now 11.3 so that's going down everything else look in the right range I have had many tests from STD to ultrasounds to ibs to mamograms plz help as the doctor was quiet confussed herself i am 28
