Soft Tissue Mass

I have lumps in the right of lateral thorax wall. the size is about 3.3x1.8 cm. The doctor suggested to do CT Thorax and the result is the founding of soft tissue mass in my right lateral thorax wall. Could you suggest me what to do?
Should it need a surgery?
I dont feel any pain caused of this lump but the size is clearly visible....

Hi.  The mass you described is already sizable and should not be ignored just because it is not causing any pain or other symptoms.  If the mass is accessible and can be surgically excised, then I think this should be done.  If excision cannot be performed, a core needle biopsy of the mass should be done at the very least.  It is too early to tell if that mass is malignant or benign at this point.
