Some kind of growth on my scrotum

I noticed a small growth on my scrotum. at first i confused it for a pimple. but now im realizing thats not what it is. its about 3 times the size of a BB. and its just skin colored. I dont know what it is??

Idiopathic scrotal calcinosis is a possibility. This is characterized by painless, firm papules or nodules on the scrotal skin. They grow very slowly and usually skin colored.
The exact cause of their occurrence is not clear.
The exact diagnosis can be made by histology and scrotal X ray.
I would suggest you to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist and undergo a complete clinical exam.
