Someone Tell Me Something, PLEASE

Hi,
My name is Rhonda and I am 50 years old. I have had Large Lymph nodes in my neck for about 2 years. And a swollen neck for about a year. I started to have a cough about 3 months ago. My docter has had me seeing all kinds of doctors about my cough, I even had a scope, witch was normal.Xray and CT were normal. Then in the past 2 months I have started to get swollen lymph nodes in my arms. About 5 in my left arm and now have 2 on my right arm. She had thought I had had a CT of my neck in the past, but I didn't. Well I had a CT done and they found something in the nodes in my neck. They recommend I have a PET scan done. They found the same thing, they said there was some activity in my Lymph nodes in my neck. Now they recommend a biopsy of the nodes in my neck. I have a cough, lost wieght, tired all the time. They are sending me for a consult to have the nodes removed and biopsyed. I guess what I want or need to know, should I be worried!!!!!!
