Stomach Problems/ Cancer?

For the past couple of weeks i have had stomach pains. Its a pain that seems not to go away. Like when you eat to much and you need to use the restroom. I wake up and its still there. Saturday i just started getting sharp pain in my sides, upper back and lower back around the the love handles. Also during the day i feel very light headed and dizzy. Its really strange and kinda of scary. The last time i when to the doc they did a scan of my stomach cuz i thought my appendix needed to come out, but nothing. Ive been reading about stomach cancer. Yesterday i noticed when i went to the restroom is was black. Maybe its all in my head. Just started yesterday and this morning. I have an appointment to go see the doc again soon. Can anyone shed some light.

Ya, black stools usually a sign of bleeding in your upper gi, maybe you have a bleeding ulcer. call your doctor let me know

Are you saying your bowel movements are black? If so, you need to see a doctor immediately! That is a concern. That is not a normal color!

also forgot to mention have had some nauseous every now and then.
