Swollen Lympnode and Pains in left side of Chest

I am a 21 year old male in generally good health. About 2-3 months ago I had an odd symptom of dizziness sometimes when I laid down or turned over while laying down. It would last what felt like 5-8 seconds usually. This lasted for about a month. 1-2 weeks later I woke up with a swollen bump under my left jawbone probably about a cm in diameter that was very sensitive to any sort of touch. I figured it was nothing and just went on assuming it would go away. 4-5 days later it had shrunk to about 2-5mm and is still present today. What has recently caught my concern is an odd sensation I have been having in the left side of my chest below my pectoral muscle. The pain is sporadic, never unbearable and is most notable when I twist to my right. I have done no physical activity that would of provoked this feeling. Ive taken a few anatomy classes and know this is the rough location of my spleen. Was wondering what this could mean after the other swelling and dizziness.
