Swollen lymph node-doctor mentioned cancer?

So for so many months ive had a swollen lymph node in the right side of my neck just under my jaw which aches around that area. My doctor said it feels like a jelly bean and it is firm. However it moves, when i put my head down it moves directly onto my jaw bone. Im sure i have another swollen node on the back of my neck the same side too. However this doesnt move and i have feel it when my head it down or at a certain angle.

I have been referred to the ent as my doctor said he wouldnt be worried about cancer however he doesnt know why it is there!!

Im absolutley terrified because that means it could be cancer right? Or even cancer thag has spread from elsewhere.

I am only 18, and havent felt right for over 2 years now. I have hashimotos (autoimmune disease) and get bad fatigue. I also have a full feeling underneath my ribs on the left side. Could it be my spleen???
