Testicular Cancer?

Hello-

For some reason my testes have been really bothering me. Its like an annoying pain. It  normally only shows up when I do a lot of strenuous work. So the other day I  was doing  yard work and now my nuts hurt. This happened  like 3 years  ago. I went to the ER and they said I was fine. They did a CT scan and they said I had a small cyst on one of them.  Could a cyst become cancerous? If not, then why do my testes hurt. I don't think  its a torsion because they don't  hurt that much....please  help I'm freaking out..

Hi.
There are many considerations for  pain in the testicular area.  It could be due to reducible scrotal hernia, torsion, or epididymitis.
Testicular cancer usually presents with painless testicular mass.
You previously was diagnosed to have a testicular cyst based on your CT scan.
It would be best to go back to your physician for further evaluation.
Good luck.
