If I’m experiencing testicular pain, swelling, abdominal pain and sore breast/chest area what are the chances of anything really serious like cancer? The doctor can’t feel anything abnormal apart from minor swelling and the ultrasound lady said she couldn’t see anything abnormal in my testical or kidneys… The pain can sometimes be non existent to pretty sore and also increases when pressure is applied like my pants rub. I was also diagnosed with varicoceles 3 years ago.
Testicular cancer usually presents with painless testicular mass.
Considerations for testicular pain include epididymitis, orchitis, torsion of the spermatic cord.
Varicoceles present with soft irregular mass in the scrotum, and sometimes can present with testicular pain.
If your symptoms are recurrent, it would be best to go back to your physician for reevaluation.
