This looks like skin cancer?

Hello I just noticed a brown spot on my upper leg, just barely below my scrotum. I about freaked out thinking I could have genital warts, but it almost doesnt make sense considering I havent been sexually active for  while. Then I began looking for what it could be, and it seems to look like skin cancer. Its not an area I check too often, but it seems like it definitely wasnt there up to 2 months ago.

I took a camera phone pic. Again its located very near the crease between my leg and the base of my scrotum, but just a bit more on the leg. Any ideas?

Its like a brown/grey color almost, with a little bit of bumpiness and it's about 1/4 wide and a touch more long. Besides skin cancer, what could this be I'm pretty darn nervous.
