Tongue squamous dysplasia

by Abbyvale, Sep 04, 2009 11:03PM
The results of my husbands (aged 70)  tongue biopsy show surface parakeratosis associated with mild degree of squamous dysplasia towards the edge of the lesion.  No invasive lesion is found.  Inflammatory changes are minimal. Should we be worried and should he see a specialist? which so far has not been recommended. Thankyou for your time.
