Vaginal Bleeding and buldging tissue

I have been bleeding for two months, mostly brown with some bright red with little tissue.  Have sharp pain, mostly in the bottom left pelvic area.  Noticed buldging tissue closing vagina area very recent that was not there before.  I have a Dr.'s appt this week, but want to be as educated with all possiblities before of what I face.  I am also very concerned and nervous.

Prolonged vaginal bleeding can indicate a variety of conditions.  It might be a hormonal problem, an infection, a blood condition, malignancy, or even traumatic injury.  It really is necessary for you to be seen by your doctor to properly find out which one it is.
