Various symptoms

I have the following symptoms: a 6mm nodule in the upper left lung, spike in blood work, anemic, low rgb and hgb, tiredness, shortness of breadth, night sweats and joint pain. No loss of weight, hair loss, swollen lymphnodes, rashes and my PET SCAN, CT SCAN (except for the nodule), bone marrow biopsy and pulminary evaluation were normal. I served United States Navy and was around asbestos and on a asbestos monitoring program. At this point the doctors don't know where else to look or what to do. According to them the nodule is to small to do a biopsy, so what can I do from here. Could this be a Mesothelioma or a auto immune disease, even though the bone marrow biopsy didn't reveal anything?
