WBC count

Hi,

I have severe abdomen pain 15 days back with foul smeelling stools and frequent urination.I got my blood test done.everything is fine, except my lymphocyte count is 56.2%[high] and low neutrophil count 36.1%[low] and WBC count is 9.1. I have the test repeated after 1 week in the same labaratory and results are same.But I dont have fever,diarrhea or swollen lymph nodes. but my skin is itching and I have lost 4.5 kg in 15 days. I also done a CT scan which found thatI have kidney stones of 3.5 mm.Now I dont have abdominal pain but the lymphocytes count worrying me a lot.What could be the reason?
