What Is Fibrohazed opacities are noted in the left upper lobe

Hi Doc,

Can you help me educate the findings in my X-RAY dated 17 May 2011 stated below;

CHEST PA:

FIBROHAZED OPACITIES are noted in the left upper lobe.
The heart is not enlarged.
Diaphragm and sulci are intact.
Note of scoliosis.

Can you help me about this findings, is this deadly because im afraid i want to work abroad for my fute and my family. is this curable?if yes, how long the treatment?
