What could this be?

Hello Doctor!

About a week ago I noticed a pea sized lump just above my throat. Since then, I have been experiencing swollen and sore lymph nodes, fever, night sweats, body aches and fatigue, and the lump went from just one to three. When I touch them, they hurt as if i were pressing on a bruise with extreme pressure. What could this be?
