What do these have in common - Possible Adrenal Cancer

Having abdominal pain for a least a couple of years. Past year discovery of Left adrenal adenoma and ovarian cyst. Now developing right adrenal adenoma. Ovarian cyst also. Also have for the past year Stable mildly enlarged gastrohepatic ligament lymph nodes. ESR is 31 currently and usually doubles toward the end of the yearvalue of 53. Has never been WNL for a while. GFR is 53 of course Proteinuria and HBP. Excessive sweating and Vit. D deficiency. Other Rheumatolical factors too. Metanephrine total 857 and Normetanephrine 762 and Norepinephrine is 104. Aldosterone is 44. Low Lymphocyte count and platelet, but also tested positive for lupus anti coagulant. Complete Situs Inversus with dextrocardia. What usually happens in text book is sometimes different for me. What do these few symptoms have in common and is it possible for Adrenal Cancer? What should my next steps be?

Have you had a 24 hour urine? Have they checked for a pheochromacytoma? Labs (DNA test) for VHL ,this is what my daughter is going through right now.
