What is it?

Im 16 years old and for about 2 years now, I have noticed little brown dots on my inder arms. I have also been getting what I think are cysts on the top and bottom where It folds, I think they are just cysts, because they come and go evey few monthes, also my mom and aunt get them to, but Im most worried about they dots. I cant were a swim suit or dress, because im worried people will see them. I dont know what they are. Its worrying me. Could it be caner, or something else?
