I am currently enrolled in an Anatomy & Physiology class & we have recently been learning about the lymphatic system. My professor mentioned a study taking place (I think in Ohio) where doctors are actually not removing lymph nodes in cancer patients where the cancer has "spread to the lymph nodes". I was wondering if anyone could help me in finding some information regarding this study. If someone could just point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated because I have looked everywhere I can think of to look & can't find anything.
