Which Hospital in V.A. near Richmond has the best oncology department?

Ok, my dad was recently dignosted with Lung Cancer he had his left lung removed and is going through cemo at saint mary's, but personly I HATE Saint Mary's. Plus I want my dad to have a good doc. So do any of you Know which hospitaly have a good reputation for patiant care? Or which doc.s at Saint Mary's are good with lung cancer?
