Worried Testicles

I got hit in the testes playing ball hockey 4 weeks ago, (with one of those hard orange balls).  i had some pain for a couple weeks after not very painfull but still there none the less.  now the pain is gone.  does testicular cancer pain go away or is it always there.  i was searching the internet on how to heal it and then saw testicular cancer sympotoms and it got me really worried.  also there might be a bit of swelling i think, not very noticable.

Testicular cancer often shows up as a painless lump which prompts someone to go see their regular doctor or a urologist.  It doesn't have to do with any kind of bumping or hitting of the testicle.

After getting bumped in the testicle, it can hurt for quite some time, but if it goes away, there should be no concern for cancer as a result of getting bumped.
