Hi,
What are the symptoms present? Cecum and transverse colon are parts of the large intestines. Bowel thickening may be caused by a variety of conditions  such as inflammatory conditions, neoplastic disease and other gastrointestinal issues. It is important that you discuss the result  of your diagnostic tests with your attending physician for proper evaluation. Factors such as your medical history, symptoms present, physical evaluation,  and results of other tests done are important considerations. Take care and do keep us posted.
