am worried

hello- am 54 yr old white  Askenazi Jew with familial maternal grandmother deceased of stomach cancer at aged 63, and mother sick with celiac sprue and graves, sjogrens.
i am DX with sjogrens. lost 50 pounds within 9 mos and have had problems with stomach with GERD. on pepcid. saw GI april 10' did CA-19, came back 38. lipase abnormal high also slightly----GI did a scope - for biospy in deodenum and stomach was neg for h pyorli and any cancer cells.
CT SCAN Found in 3rd portion of deodenum a 2.0 cm diverticulm.
did a ct scan with barium and contast iv. scan showed up head of pancreas atropied to half what it should be, body /tail normal size.
also found small faint infiltrate within the anterior basal segment of the lower left lobe of lung.
have contast itching on my back all the time, can not eat any fatty foods whatsoever makes me very sick. can noteat any processed foods at all.
what is wrong with me. is my pancreas getting ready to quit me?
