bump under ribs

i have a bump it feels like a  round ball right under my rib cage could it be cancer

Hi. From your description, I think that bump cannot be dismissed outright and should be examined more thoroughly by a doctor.  A biopsy may need to be performed if it looks grossly abnormal.  It's too early to tell at this point if that bump is cancerous or not.  Better have it checked first.

its hard it doesnt hert at all i just but my hand down on my chest and i felt it i am a 46 year old man i have diabetes i dosent  move it feels like a ball please help thanks

Hi.  Can you give a more detailed description of that bump? How large is it? What is its consistency (hard, soft, doughy, etc.)? Is it movable or fixed to the surrounding structures? Is it tender to touch?  When did you first notice it?  The additional information would help us answer your question better.  Hope to hear from you soon.
