cancer?

okay... i'm a 19-year-old female.  The last few months have been pretty bad health-wise for me, starting with a cyst on my left foot about 2 inches wide.  After an altra-sound and MRI, they still weren't sure what it was, so i got surgery, and am waiting on results for the biopsy...
I had an x-ray on my knee because of pain, and now they have found another cyst in my right knee.  My dr. said it is not what was cuasing the pain, we were just lucky we caught it or something. I can't even get that one looked at by a specialist until late August.
Now i've been diagnosed with a kidney infection... but i'm very worried because no urine smaple or anything was taken, and i was only looked at by a doctor in a clinic for one minute... i'm also having cramping that feels liks menstral cramps, but i am not on my perios.
And, most recently i have found a lump in my right breast.  it doesnt hurt, and there is no discharge.  It also moves around.
I can't get into to see my family doctor for almost a month... should i be rushing to see a doctor? can i go to a walk-in clinic? and could this be cancer?

Hi,
Please consult your doctor about the kidney problem and the knee cyst.
About the breast lump: It is common for many young women to have a breast lesion similar to the one you describe. In medical parlance, it is called a fibroadenoma. It is sometimes called a "breast mouse" because of its mobility.
Please dont worry about it.
However, this should be a good opportunity for you to learn about breast health. Please surf the internet to access sites that describe the correct way to perform a breast self examination. Perform this every month. Also learn about signs and symptoms of common breast diseases.
All the best, and God Bless!
