colon cancer and family history

My family history is AWFUL...My father has had bladder and pancreatic cancer.  My mother had uterine, ovarian, and colon cancer. My sister died at age 39 of colon cancer. all 4 grandparents have had various cancers. No breast... Now me, I had breast cancer, and am 2 years out of radiation treatment.  Because of my famiy history I am very pro-active with my health care.  My last colonoscopy turned up a polyop that "could " become cancerous.  Now I have to go for a colonoscopy every other year.  I wonder what are the chances of this becoming positive...My mother and I did genetic testing. breast and colon...both tests for both of us came back with no genetic connection..go figure. Since the testing Cleve;land Clinic is doing a study on my family and is going as far back as possible in the genetic string...No genetics have been found. So my next questions eould be, does anyone know of something like this?  I am concerned for my 3 daughters and 2 grandaughters.  I am open to any opinions..thanx
