"Fibrotic and hazy densities in both upper lungs" can be related to disease (recent or past) and/or your smoking.
PLEASE QUIT SMOKING; that would probably help thing tremendously.
There is NO quick fix to this. RECONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN.
No one can properly DIAGNOSE you and TREAT you over the internet.

i did not diagnose as TB holder but the findings in my cray was a Tb consider.. im worried about it..
Why the concern with TB? Did you have a positive TB test?
The x-ray findings are NO TB diagnosis.
Sounds like unfortunate changes in the lungs related to smoking and possibly other factors.
What exactly do you do for a living and what exactly have you done for living in the past? The reason I am asking is sometimes you will see changes in the lungs such as this related to certain occupations.
Quiting smoking would be ideal and best.
It doesn't necessarily mean tuberculosis - Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis is also a possible diagnosis as well.

Still, I understand TB is on the rise as folks balk at immunizations due to a lot of fear mongering.
Hopefully you get the answers and treatment you need.
