PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN FURTHER ON THIS MATTER.

"Fibrotic and hazy densities in both upper lungs" can be related to disease (recent or past) and/or your smoking.

PLEASE QUIT SMOKING; that would probably help thing tremendously.

There is NO quick fix to this.  RECONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN.

No one can properly DIAGNOSE you and TREAT you over the internet.

Why the concern with TB?  Did you have a positive TB test?

The x-ray findings are NO TB diagnosis.

Sounds like unfortunate changes in the lungs related to smoking and possibly other factors.

What exactly do you do for a living and what exactly have you done for living in the past? The reason I am asking is sometimes you will see changes in the lungs such as this related to certain occupations.

Quiting smoking would be ideal and best.

It doesn't necessarily mean tuberculosis - Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis is also a possible diagnosis as well.

More info in a journal here if it will let me post it -

Still, I understand TB is on the rise as folks balk at immunizations due to a lot of fear mongering.

Hopefully you get the answers and treatment you need.
