could I have a gyn cancer?

hi everybody

I am very worried. I am 44 and have had menopause for almost 2 years. yesterday I started having a little bit of blood and some clots mixed with some transparent discharge and also pelvic pain. Could this mean that i may have a gyn cancer? your answers would be gratefully valued. thanks so much to everyone

Hi,
It is unlikely that the mild spotting and pain are because of cancer. These are non-specific symptoms. These could be because of cancer or non-cancer conditions. However, non-cancer conditions occur much more often in peri-menopausal women with pelvic discomfort and some bleeding.
Please consult a gynecologist.
All the best, and God Bless!
