could this be throat cancer
I am 41 and i have just quit smoking , i have a persistent cough, had it about a year normally have a coughing fit in the mornings, feels like i have to clear my throat, feels like i have something at the back, my breathing and swallowing feels restricted and sometimes makes me sick, the past 3 months i am coughing alot more and my gland in neck just one side has come up about the size of ten pence, it is painless and has been there for 3months, can anyone help what the diagnosis might be, thanks rubybeer
