This discussion is related to mesenteric adenopathy.

according to my recent CT of abdomen and pelvis i have some mild reactive mesenteric adenopathy or finding of doubtful clinical significance, no retroperitoneal masses. on my first CT scan it showed that i have an umbilical hernia containing fat and a right kidney cyst measuring 9mm. everyday i have been experiencing right sided pain and lower back pain. which of these diagnosis causes the pain? is the mesenteric adenopathy related to the hernia or to the kidney cyst? please help me....
