do i have Liver Cancer?

Hello evrybody, i would like to ask u some questions that are troubling me,

i am 29 years old i am from greece, and the problems i have are as follows,
i was very active and working all day long, about two years ago when i stop working outside and start working in my office at home and doing a lot of desk in front of computer work 10-12 hours per day (cg graphics) i started having some issues with my health and what exactly i mean is that i started having pain in my lower left abdomen while i was sitting, i went to a GP (first time in my life) and explained to her what i was experiencing, she told me that is nothing and just to make shoure she sent me to an ultra sound expert, after he examined me he found a slight enlarged lymph nodes there were i was experiencing the pain, after that i had xrays in my upper abdoment which were clean, my gp told me that i was fine, notbing out of the ordinary (my stools was as always and i was going to the toilet as i was doing all my life once per day nothing was changed), but i couldnt rest my mind so i went to a doctor that has to do with the colon (i dont know how to say it in english), i went there because the pain was close to my colon, she then examined me and she told me that i was fine, then i request to do a CTcolonoscopy which again come up fine but the pain was there, and after couple of months i was filling my liver enlarged, again i went to my GP and again she examined me and she confirmed that my liver was slightly enlarged and he told me to to some blood test and biochemical test for liver function, all my blood test come up normal except the SGOT(AST) which was 41.0 U/L and SGPT (ALT) which was 104.0 U/L after that she told me to have an ultra sound again to check out my liver, i went to ultra sound again and the doctor which performed it told me after half hour examination that my liver size was normal and i had fatty liver, then i went again to my GP and he order another set of blood and liver function test that i had to do after of 3 months which during those months i should eat better food and no junk food at all.
I had gain in one year , after i start working at home, 20 kg i was 85 kg and now i am 104 kg my height is 176 cm.
three monts have past and i had my exams which all the blood test are again normal and the SGOT(AST) was 39.0 U/L and SGPT(AST) was 88.0 (ALT) which was lower than the other time, also i was checked for hepatitis and i was clear and my LDH was 145.0 U/L and γ-GT was 26.0 U/L i also was tested for albumin,alpha1,alpha2,beta,gamma and all were normal, the doctor told me that i was healthy and was nothing wrong with me.

Almost two years have past and my liver is still enlarged, and my left side back is in pain can it be liver or metastatic liver cancer or my life stile and my eating and working habbits is to be blaimed.

i have never smoked in my life i am not drinking at all, and i dont have any close family member having cancer ever.

What is wrong with me? can somebody help me?

Hi John.  Sorry to hear you are having this trouble.  I wonder if you have been tested for both Hepatitis B and C.  Also, have you tried posting your question on the Liver Disorders Forum?  You may get some good information there.
