How to detect nonhodgkins lymphoma in early stage? Which test is to be done to confirm the diagnosis?,

At any stage, diagnostic tests like an Ultrasound, MRI, CT scan or a PET scan would reveal if some abnormality is present.
If an abnormality, like a swollen lymph node is noted, then the pathology report from a biopsy (needle aspiration or surgical excision) of that suspicious lymph node would determine if someone, in fact, has or doesn't have either Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma or Hodgkins Disease.
