flesh couloured painless bumps on side of tongue

I have two bumps about 5mm each on the left side of ny tongue. They're painless,  fleshcoloured and have the same density as my tongue but they're definitely not just part of the usual formation. Anyone have any ideas? Freaking out a bit. Had them about 4 days. Not sure if related but have a weird lump in throat sensation that comes and goes and moves around,  was told by friend who had the same that was probably acid reflux

I am currently having the same issue I am 24 years of age and I have 3 flesh tone blister like. Bumps on my tounge side by side and have had them for over a week. I also descovered one in the roof of my mouth more tbhat two weeks ago and I also have the lump in the the throat feeling all thought to me it feels more like a pill that is stuck in my throat and I have problems eating heavy meals because it causes me chest pain. I am undergoing a lot of test for it this week orderd by my ENT and the believes that it is caused acid reflux and in my case desphasia. I hope this helps.

They are from fungus after Chemo. There is a prescription mouthwash that works well for the pain from them. Ask your Oncologist.
