hard lump

i have a hard lump on right collarbone. is this serious?

Do you have any symptoms?
The hard lump on your collarbone can be an enlarged lymph node.  Lymph nodes enlarge secondary to infection.  If you had a respiratory tract infection previously, or a head and neck infection, the lymph node in your collarbone can increase in size.
However, there are other conditions that can present with lymph node enlargement.  Examples are lymphoma and metastatic carcinomas.
You may want to consult your doctor for evaluation.
