hard tissue on lateral side of tongue

I had ulcear on my tongue several weeks ago and it was very painful.After a week it healed and it got better but at this time there is a hard tissue at that place its not that hard but its not same as the other lateral side of my tongue.I am little bit worry. no more sore or anything just a line that its tissue is not soft as other side
