ic serous borderline tumor

i had the TAH/BSO surgery on 7/31 ... i also had anesthesia awareness and thats all i will say about that
pain was like 5452 on a scale of 0 - 10  until i finally got put on dilaudid
surgery was actually 6.5 hours ... the capsules of the tumors had deteriorated and he had to scoop them out like a melon and keep making them smaller til he could get em all (hes pretty confident there is no remnant left and chemo probably wont be indicated like good lil tumours they were sitting on top just waiting to get plucked :) i need to bring my radiology reports to the follow up exam) ... took out 38 lymph nodes ... omentum and examined peritoneal washings


i went into respiratory arrest (respiratory arrest and PSVT, pulse ox was 60 hematocrit was almost low enough for transfusion i have  no idea what the blood gas reports were) from aspiration pneumonia ... before surgery i had 2 days clear liquids and a bowel prep so how on earth could that have happened ??? its a fairly common complication in patients with GERD and could have been avoided ?? ... so far the anesthestiologist is batting 0 for three (awareness, reflux aspiration, and pain management) ... im thinking he thought i was going to be routine and got to learn the hard way that nothing is ever routine  

the path report came back OVCA 1 C serous borderline... two tumors (over 10 cm but i forget what actual size)... the washings had a few sloughed off ca cells but nothing planted or seeded ... all the lymph nodes were clear too ... still concerned about one lymph node on my left breast (BIRAD 3) again in limbo land ... i got released on day 8 and had the staples removed on day 10 ...my follow up is 9/08

my tummy feels "hard" all the time ... sitting up straight is difficult but bending to touch my toes is easy .. go figure ... vertical incision from pubic bone to diaphragm with a lil "squiggle" around the umbilicus

post op my potassium stayed low ... should that also be a concern?

what are ur thoughts on chemo for this particular 1C serous borderline tumour ?? indicated or overkill ??
abdominal discomfort (feels like distention and my belly is gonna rip wide open) is there anything i can do for it very small amount of clear fluid seeping from bellybutton? pain is so bad i wanna cry

any other questions i should adk the onc at post op vist ?? any help appreciated
