increse in liver blood results(AST,ALT,GGT) after the treatment for breast cancer

hello
my mother was diagonised with breast cancer one and a half year back...
treatments like chemotherapy,mastectomy followed by radiations were taken...
she is been asked to take regular check ups from then, but recently a blood result is showing increase in AST,ALT and GGT levels.
in all her scan results there is a slight heaviness in her liver, she had got jaundice at school from then onwards its like that.
but now her the liver function test shows increase in:
AST:89 U/L (women till 31 U/L)
ALT:79 U/L (women till 31 U/L)
GGT:74 U/L
is this increase in levels is the after effect of breast cancer or is cancer affecting her liver or is it because of jaundice ?
