is this an indicator for blood cancer?

Hi,thanks for your helps
there is a CBC and i am very worried about that.this is belongs to a female 65.
results of         1 month ago               now
RBC                     3.14                         2.31
HGB                     10                           7.4
WBC                     4.4                         19.82
HCT                       29.5                        23.2
PLT                      100                            36
these are the main and drastic changes that happend.should we worry about this,couse some doctors here diagnosed blood cancer....
