liver nodules with high iron and liver function , also diareaah and right side pain

my father was having abdominal pain also could not keep any food down without having diareah.He went and had blood work done and a ct scan done.His iron level and liver function were high ,the ct scan showed liver nodules.His urine ambered colored.Does this usually mesn carcinoma or could it jus be something else?    please reply soon
