lumps on head and behind ear

first a lump appeared behind my ear. then the next day or a couple of days after, i felt a bump on  my head.  i started feeling pain on parts of my head like tiny bumps with pain. yesterday another one appered on the top of my head. and it hurts when i press it.  what can this be.  please help.

I get the same thing all the time and have no idea what it is.  My doctor always blows me off so I just stopped going to doctors or complaining.  I get sometimes what feels like a swollen gland in the back of my neck very often but by the time I am able to get to the doctor the gland is unswollen.  If feels like a marble in my neck.  Most of the time I feel nothing but if I have my headscarf too tight it will hurt.  I hope you find out what it is so you can tell me.
