nasal cavity cancer

for more than 2 years ive had sores and small bleeding from my nose.i thought it was just dry irritated or mrsa since i work in a hospital.i was treated for both with no conformation of mrsa but it never really went away. now they are going to rule out cancer.what other possibilities could it be

If you have had this condition for two years, then it is unlikely to be cancer.
Pl see an ENT surgeon, and undergo investigations to diagnose the condition.
Do you have any allergic conditions?
