neck lump

i have a large lump in the bottom of my throat just above my chest . i can move it around , sometimes it hurts but not often. but at the bottom of of my neck , top of chest is painful when i press it. i find it hard to swallow and it gets very very dry and i feel like i could choke my tonged stick to the back of my throat.i get a lot of heart burn too .
