nevus of the Sclera

I have a few questions regarding my 9 years nephew ,he has developed a nevus on his left eye on the sclera.First time when it seem to developed the nevus was when my nephew was 6 years old.For few years everything was ok ,until last 6 months(January 11-June11 )when the nevus has grow with 1.5 mm.We have been advised that is necessary a special surgery ,but unfortunately from the country which he come from ( Bulgaria) can not provide full treatment after the operation  .My question is,how I can find contacts for  such a clinics and hospitals which can provide the best treatment.
I would be grateful if there is anyone ,who can provide me with this information as soon as possible.
